COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth CSB01.1C-SE-ENS-EN2-NN-S-NN-FW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sensotec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sensotec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sensor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sensotec such as the A5131115A5D01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D626901 manufactured by Sensotec and we are pleased to be able to service most Sensotec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T2010 by Manufacturer Sensor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 7MH71580AA00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Acuity such as MX712 equipment made by Acuity have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Acuity products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Acuity" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2271Z02PCE511ZZFR1 made by Setra as well as the popular DME2000 original spares produced by Sick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XC40E0701A0A0CBC0ScanningRange0 by Sick and MX712 spares by Acuity are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EST6010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rhg. |
