COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth CSB01.1C-PL-ENS-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okuma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Engel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sumitomo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okuma such as the BLMS125E60TNA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BSK30120AR26B702 manufactured by Engel and we are pleased to be able to service most Engel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CNHMS054095Y29 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Okuma Brand BLMC200J12SB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as BSM63N350AANEO equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BR45021001F made by Industrial-Drives as well as the popular CD6215 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BLM62104 by Emerson and BSM63N350AANEO spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C6T17FC177 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson. |
