COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth CKK-15-110 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Robohand products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robo-Cylinder parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Robohand such as the RCW8030VL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RCSR7525I60GNM50M manufactured by Robo-Cylinder and we are pleased to be able to service most Robo-Cylinder systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HCS011EW0028A03BETECNNNNLFFW by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Robohand Brand DLB25LB1VS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as R48005175 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 0068D21N00A020T26 made by Rosemount as well as the popular OHSP015 original spares produced by Robohand Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HCS011EW0005A03BET by Rexroth and R48005175 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DBAS35900 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rollon. |
