COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth CCK20-145 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rice products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rinstrum parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rice such as the RL20000A15K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LSP2B020010 manufactured by Rinstrum and we are pleased to be able to service most Rinstrum systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MHD112D07PP0AN by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand R165181420 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Robohand such as DLB10AC8 equipment made by Robohand have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robohand products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robohand" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 185142210 made by Rexroth as well as the popular RCPSSIH600 original spares produced by Robo-Cylinder Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DPDS08819BCB by Robohand and DLB10AC8 spares by Robohand are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original X96SPHA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ronan. |
