COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth BTV06.1HN-RS-FW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reuland products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tai-Shi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cmc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reuland such as the AFO912S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the bTS20132004 manufactured by Tai-Shi and we are pleased to be able to service most Tai-Shi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BMR4045DPA000cS000 by Manufacturer Cmc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thompson Brand AT018003SS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Brother such as BG3B031B equipment made by Brother have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Brother products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Brother" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AM30410h410000 made by Beckhoff as well as the popular B80013142 original spares produced by Schrader-Bellows Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BGFW15010TF2 by Brother and BG3B031B spares by Brother are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BSM100B2150AA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
