COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth 4WRPNH-6-C3-B04L-2X/M/24PA6A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kato parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Giddings--Lewis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6DD16110AE0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5110111125 manufactured by Kato and we are pleased to be able to service most Kato systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5020384004 by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eip Brand 578B05 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Taylor such as 6014BZ10100G equipment made by Taylor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Taylor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Taylor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 57C445 made by Baldor as well as the popular 53MC2112A1XBX1 original spares produced by Fischer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6ES54707LA11 by Siemens and 6014BZ10100G spares by Taylor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 57350001CN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb. |
