COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth 4WE10D33-OFCG24N9K4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Robicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rkc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Robicon such as the A1A36366200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 460K4803 manufactured by Robicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Robicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CVM6A by Manufacturer Rkc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Robohand Brand RPW75M1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as R166531420 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC093A0PS4C made by Rexroth as well as the popular ME54SS original spares produced by Roland Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GL01 by Rhein-nadel-Automation and R166531420 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 460B80300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Robicon. |
