COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth 3 842 521 219 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sankyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the SA72LP145TC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 45ED03337RL3A1 manufactured by Sankyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sankyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DF24BDT90S4 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand R87AM182 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ruland such as SPX2424F equipment made by Ruland have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ruland products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ruland" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R93R62DT80K4BM6HR made by Sew as well as the popular SFT32 original spares produced by Seal-Master Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FB19 by Seal-Master and SPX2424F spares by Ruland are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SA47DRS71M4ES7S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
