COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth 1851-422-10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 3051S1CA0A2E12A1A34D2E5L4M5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4639901 manufactured by Robicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Robicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3051S1CD2A2B12A1AK5M5 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Robertshaw Brand MSCUCPO in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Robo-Cylinder such as RCP2SA6CI42P6100P1P equipment made by Robo-Cylinder have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robo-Cylinder products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robo-Cylinder" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R185123210 made by Rexroth as well as the popular RR16180 original spares produced by Robohand Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RCSR7525I60GNM50M by Robo-Cylinder and RCP2SA6CI42P6100P1P spares by Robo-Cylinder are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original cMT3151 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rohtek. |
