COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth 0190-30002 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Riken product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 3051TG3A2A21AB4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Idpwm manufactured by Robicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Robicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS22555 by Manufacturer Riken as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Riegl Brand LD904 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Robicon such as 571106 equipment made by Robicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5601 made by Rosemount as well as the popular 2120F4GR1E5YE0560STR2336 original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 189158 by Rice-Lake and 571106 spares by Robicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DLB25NB15 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Robohand. |
