COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexnord ZEP-3-2104 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Avg-Uticor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Accuray product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the 000401252X005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 100G5A1R0M manufactured by Avg-Uticor and we are pleased to be able to service most Avg-Uticor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 069242002 by Manufacturer Accuray as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand 501587 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as 0621L0425G002 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 915095 made by Bosch as well as the popular 48889 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1326ABB730ES2L by Allen-bradley and 0621L0425G002 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 048680204 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
