COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexnord 91040703 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the KF77AM184 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S77DT90L4 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KA47DT90L4KS by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sandex Brand 10FNS9062LS3VW1X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sankyo such as 28D06277RLM3VW1X equipment made by Sankyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sankyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sankyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MWH120XB2V143T250 made by Rexnord as well as the popular SA47DT71D4 original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SOB80100120 by Sankyo and 28D06277RLM3VW1X spares by Sankyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FA47GDRE90M4BE2HR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
