COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexnord 615548 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sandvik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rockwell-Automation product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the KH77DT90S6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7304365201 manufactured by Sandvik and we are pleased to be able to service most Sandvik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 819E2ZJA by Manufacturer Rockwell-Automation as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexnord Brand 1110TRSB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as SAF47DT80N4 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SAF47AM145 made by Sew as well as the popular 69821E11 original spares produced by Rexnord

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RV80U02A by Rossi and SAF47DT80N4 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MKR1565 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth.
