COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexnord 235HFN20B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ixrf product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 41040351AW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 521069200 manufactured by Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3000070 by Manufacturer Ixrf as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 3051S1CD2A2B12A1AD1M5QPQ8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ipc such as 310C4A equipment made by Ipc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ipc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ipc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3BSE010796R1 made by Abb as well as the popular 44A719348102 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3300360211010000 by Bently-Nevada and 310C4A spares by Ipc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 52393DE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge. |
