COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexnord 108716100 QF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Seal-Master parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the 8702645600404001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FB20 manufactured by Seal-Master and we are pleased to be able to service most Seal-Master systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K106 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rockwell-Automation Brand 5245972001CB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexnord such as 91040703 equipment made by Rexnord have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexnord products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexnord" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XR501 made by Romac-Industries-Inc as well as the popular RRE011890 original spares produced by Ringfeder Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATS48C25Y by Schneider and 91040703 spares by Rexnord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3842521219 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
