COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexnord 108704100LQF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Seagull-Precision products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sankyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rockwell product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Seagull-Precision such as the B4242 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20BA100FFWK52 manufactured by Sankyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sankyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 20G11ND5P0AA0NNNNNA by Manufacturer Rockwell as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand ATV61H075M3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rockwell such as 1394SJT10AA equipment made by Rockwell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rockwell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rockwell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 27BA030FXT30 made by Sankyo as well as the popular 27BA015FXT31 original spares produced by Sankyo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20BR125A0ANNANC0B by Rockwell and 1394SJT10AA spares by Rockwell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDV60A00305A3400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
