COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexa L10000-2-C-P-C2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Robo-Cylinder products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rofin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexnord product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Robo-Cylinder such as the RCP2RA6CI56PP1N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 85108034 manufactured by Rofin and we are pleased to be able to service most Rofin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPS5211FA by Manufacturer Rexnord as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand MSK040C0600NNM1UP0NNNN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as R90240037 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DPDS08819BCB made by Robohand as well as the popular R48067359 original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HYME5325X984B138SMBHN1414 by Rla and R90240037 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VCP252DVN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
