COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Revere UMP1-.010-A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rotork parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the 9422TCN30 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 87245D14 manufactured by Rotork and we are pleased to be able to service most Rotork systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 398R10213354 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Semitool Brand 921DA1P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schott such as L7237BNC equipment made by Schott have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schott products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schott" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E54 made by Roland as well as the popular 2768C3900 original spares produced by Ross Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 385020810 by Rosemount and L7237BNC spares by Schott are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 396R102154 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
