COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Revere CSP-B10-200K-30P5R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the CLV250A2020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3051T manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7ML15103KA02 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schmersal Brand 420R049030RFB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider-Electric such as SM906A120000 equipment made by Schneider-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 30FGS made by Sick as well as the popular PFC34040G original spares produced by Square-D Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XLV31K5PA7B by Scientific and SM906A120000 spares by Schneider-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 019M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick. |
