COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Revere 9363-B10-5K-20T1R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the R1510477 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R72321600 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 811404001 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rohde--Schwarz Brand ROHDENRPZK6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Robicon such as 571106 equipment made by Robicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5032031301 made by Robotron as well as the popular RCP2RMAIPM4100P1SB original spares produced by Robo-Cylinder Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R90037495 by Rexroth and 571106 spares by Robicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RPG35HALH1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rockford. |
