COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reuland Electric 1213-15 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rice products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexnord product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rice such as the SBM363B1075020P1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HLB011C01K0N06R0 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 42467 by Manufacturer Rexnord as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rice-Lake Brand 189161 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as MAD180C0150SASOKGO35N1 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 460K4803 made by Robicon as well as the popular L100002CPC2 original spares produced by Rexa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R159112020 by Rexroth and MAD180C0150SASOKGO35N1 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSK040C0450NNM1UP0NNNN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
