COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the RA83609Z4A10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PY2E030A3 manufactured by Sanyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGDM05ADAY118 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Samsung Brand CPL7215A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Shindengen such as SDC05150 equipment made by Shindengen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Shindengen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Shindengen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 68BM330LBX22 made by Sanyo as well as the popular YS2020FN001 original spares produced by Nsk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMRXCHA20P2 by Yaskawa and SDC05150 spares by Shindengen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ZXF606240V25 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker.
