COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Renu FIOA-0402-U-B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Simco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bailey product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the TWDNOI10M3TWDN0I10M3TWDNOI1OM3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ANB04J12X50100 manufactured by Simco and we are pleased to be able to service most Simco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NLIM02LOOPMODULE by Manufacturer Bailey as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Trane Brand X1365048303 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Loepfe such as MMM50PUNAB equipment made by Loepfe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Loepfe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Loepfe" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAK4010 made by Keiltronix as well as the popular NTCN221 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XBTA71101 by Telemecanique and MMM50PUNAB spares by Loepfe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2711PK4M3A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
