COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Renold 35A2X10FT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Grahm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Grahm such as the 302CM1LD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20Q20HA56 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 32024Z122 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gemini-Valve Brand 1SEF608896RTV6A512SR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dodge such as 202Q60R56 equipment made by Dodge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dodge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dodge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3444181482 made by Baldor as well as the popular 201326505100 original spares produced by Gearmotor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1FTS0730AF72 by Siemens and 202Q60R56 spares by Dodge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 25BM002HXE50 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo. |
