COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Renner Flux RM-HD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rixson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the R165322320 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 363629 manufactured by Robicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Robicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 359689 by Manufacturer Rixson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand R166221320 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as MSM020B0300 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CSP150kB1030P5 made by Revere as well as the popular FD784 original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R18534222X by Rexroth and MSM020B0300 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDC2460 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Roboteq. |
