COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Renishaw RGH22A30F00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Robo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robotron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Robo such as the RCS3PSA8RI1502050T2SMLS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5802001401 manufactured by Robotron and we are pleased to be able to service most Robotron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PPCR022NNN1N2P by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand R16533170 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Robert-Owen-Inc such as ROI10KMA175C equipment made by Robert-Owen-Inc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robert-Owen-Inc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robert-Owen-Inc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R159403000 made by Rexroth as well as the popular 460G2201 original spares produced by Robicon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RL20000B15K by Rice and ROI10KMA175C spares by Robert-Owen-Inc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R7501620K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rice. |
