COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Renishaw MI5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hitech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Okuma product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hitech such as the PWS6600TS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NT20MDF125E manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPN7000MS by Manufacturer Okuma as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lauer Brand PCS090 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as MMPMC240SC equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Q4001N made by Stanley as well as the popular PCIe8361 original spares produced by National-Instruments

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NS8TV10BV1 by Omron and MMPMC240SC spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OPCIIM3DI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hitachi.
