COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Renishaw A-972-1044-05 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Revere-Transducers products, including obsoleted and phased-out Roboteq parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Revere-Transducers such as the 70003503 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HBL2360 manufactured by Roboteq and we are pleased to be able to service most Roboteq systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MHD112C024PP3AN by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand R185353110 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Renishaw such as RGH22D30F00 equipment made by Renishaw have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Renishaw products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Renishaw" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MSM041B0300NNM0CH0 made by Rexroth as well as the popular LM10IC001AA15F0M original spares produced by Rls Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MHD093C035PG0BA by Rexroth and RGH22D30F00 spares by Renishaw are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RP1DD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Renishaw. |
