COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance UAZ 3255/3275 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rotork-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Saftronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rotork-Controls such as the IQFMIQS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G3CIMRG3S40152025HP manufactured by Saftronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Saftronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7v2160 by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand 25H426025G4260 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as ATV312HU40M3 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 404161 made by Robicon as well as the popular 75T4151 original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATV212HU55M3X by Schneider and ATV312HU40M3 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KDC61264 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Saftronics. |
