COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance RELIANCE ELECTRIC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Digital products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aplex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Digital such as the GP2301HLG4124V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OPD1106T03 manufactured by Aplex and we are pleased to be able to service most Aplex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature kV3000 by Manufacturer Keyence as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weinview Brand cMTSVR100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Unified-Controls such as IPT400 equipment made by Unified-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Unified-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Unified-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TK6102iV6 made by Weiniview as well as the popular 1861454B original spares produced by Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMJV02ADE6ESGDV1R6A01B by Yaskawa and IPT400 spares by Unified-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGDV550A11A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
