COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance P18J8311A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Laurence-Scott products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marathon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Laurence-Scott such as the ND080H4120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N642056T17V5328 manufactured by Marathon and we are pleased to be able to service most Marathon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P18G4902AJ by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand P18A6103RDA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nachi such as MSM302Q4V1 equipment made by Nachi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nachi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nachi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NM32610012 made by Nord as well as the popular MSMA302D9V3 original spares produced by Nachi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MRJ2S70B by Mitsubishi and MSM302Q4V1 spares by Nachi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MR94761 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
