COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance P14X1475R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nippon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alpha parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wittenstein product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nippon such as the SLG01C5G0RC19320B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SK140MF13151000 manufactured by Alpha and we are pleased to be able to service most Alpha systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SP140SMF13 by Manufacturer Wittenstein as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dodge Brand SCXT725 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Goodyear such as P5614M853535 equipment made by Goodyear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Goodyear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Goodyear" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PV90FB005 made by Parker as well as the popular R47VV11DT90L4 original spares produced by Sew-eurodrive Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SE5001 by Nexen and P5614M853535 spares by Goodyear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R378256001HA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reeves. |
