COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance LF200608CCR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sankyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rockwell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sankyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sankyo such as the PDTA0225 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1391BAA45D manufactured by Rockwell and we are pleased to be able to service most Rockwell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 20BA150FFWB0D by Manufacturer Sankyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rockwell Brand 23CD105A103NNBANN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rs-Oemax such as NXPWR220NXPWR220 equipment made by Rs-Oemax have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rs-Oemax products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rs-Oemax" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 20BD8P0A0AYNAND0 made by Rockwell as well as the popular R911305938 original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1SU42015 by Reliance and NXPWR220NXPWR220 spares by Rs-Oemax are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LC1D150C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
