COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance FLEXPAK PLUS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nematron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the IC697PWR711G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GT1565VTBDGT1575QBUSL manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IWS30 by Manufacturer Nematron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Matsushita Brand GT30AIGT3100B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Advantech such as FPM3060GRAE equipment made by Advantech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Advantech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Advantech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LT20101C made by Sony as well as the popular GORDOSGRD84130312 original spares produced by Gordos-Crouzet Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HCFC22 by General-Anylsis-Corp-(oi-Analytical/xylem-Inc.) and FPM3060GRAE spares by Advantech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HE693OIU357G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Horner. |
