COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance Electric P48H1302T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Revere-Transducers parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the R165141410 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 462D325010P1R manufactured by Revere-Transducers and we are pleased to be able to service most Revere-Transducers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R17120010 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance-Electric Brand P56X4518S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Republic-Mfg. such as RB2400 equipment made by Republic-Mfg. have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Republic-Mfg. products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Republic-Mfg." in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P56X1341H made by Reliance-Electric as well as the popular T56G3203M original spares produced by Reliance-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P56H1320WQT by Reliance-Electric and RB2400 spares by Republic-Mfg. are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ZAS6115 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexnord. |
