COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance Electric P18G1132D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Revere-Transducers parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rex-Roth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance-Electric such as the P2174033 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HPSD35010P5 manufactured by Revere-Transducers and we are pleased to be able to service most Revere-Transducers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MHD71B061 by Manufacturer Rex-Roth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance-Electric Brand P56X137 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Renco such as RCH20D5000 equipment made by Renco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Renco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Renco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RGB25B00R01 made by Renishaw as well as the popular MKD090B07KG1KN original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the X2L4000 by Rexa and RCH20D5000 spares by Renco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RB2400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Republic-Mfg.. |
