COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance B77C1116X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kollmorgen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leeson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the A350B015N000L2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B102A32 manufactured by Kollmorgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Kollmorgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A4T17DJ10BP by Manufacturer Leeson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nsk Brand ASO408FN532 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A06B0522B5437008 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AKM42GBKCNC01 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular AVD182TTFR7634AT original spares produced by Marathon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A72A10B10000 by Cleveland-Motion-Controls and A06B0522B5437008 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A06B0854B1003000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
