COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance 86466-77S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sankyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 1SU41003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 67ZA015MXXXC00 manufactured by Sankyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sankyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SFD212DG2WD07 by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand ATV61HD55N4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sankyo such as PZ0A100HF86S0N equipment made by Sankyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sankyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sankyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R911305938 made by Rexroth as well as the popular 20AD014A3AYNACNNA original spares produced by Rockwell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20AD027A0AYNANC0A by Rockwell and PZ0A100HF86S0N spares by Sankyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 60BB075FXW14 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sankyo. |
