COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance 845247-R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A20B33000476 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A05B2518C202EGN manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A61L0001016871 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 8520MTBD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bejed such as BJ16781BJ1678R1 equipment made by Bejed have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bejed products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bejed" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A02B0162C092 made by Ge as well as the popular 95T1A0B1N original spares produced by Great-Lakes-Instruments Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A02B0089C101 by Fanuc and BJ16781BJ1678R1 spares by Bejed are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 920193900 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
