COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance 826035-0023 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Saftronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marathon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Saftronics such as the DE8101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XX44TTDS4036ANW manufactured by Marathon and we are pleased to be able to service most Marathon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8536SAG12V81F4T by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sanyo Brand PV2B030SHENPA1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as cimrgu25p51f equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGM02B312B made by Yaskawa as well as the popular MBS25 original spares produced by Zecchetti Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PK596AW by Vexta and cimrgu25p51f spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CIMR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
