COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance 76876-34A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rotex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rossi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexnord product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rotex such as the GS42 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RV80U02A manufactured by Rossi and we are pleased to be able to service most Rossi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 816120 by Manufacturer Rexnord as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Roxnord Brand 10287340 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as KH77DT90S4IS equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 620359 made by Rexnord as well as the popular 060365702 original spares produced by Sensotec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TYPK157 by Sew and KH77DT90S4IS spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6TC1C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sankyo. |
