COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance 6SP4DS-008CTNN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sankyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Seek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sankyo such as the 27BA015FXT31C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 416NHM30030A manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature STM120 by Manufacturer Seek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Seco Brand CD05 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rockwell such as 1391BESAA45D equipment made by Rockwell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rockwell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rockwell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 20BA150FFWB4B made by Sankyo as well as the popular RS200400M2M2SDAPHC02003 original spares produced by Rs20-0400m2m2sdaphc02.0.03 Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATV61HD30N4 by Schneider and 1391BESAA45D spares by Rockwell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 20BC105A0AYNANC0B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rockwell. |
