COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance 6SP41F-011BTAN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Remy-Electric-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rockwell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Remy-Electric-Motors such as the HVH250 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20F11RC011AA0NNNNNA manufactured by Rockwell and we are pleased to be able to service most Rockwell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ATV71HD15M3X by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand ATV71HU30N4Z in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as ATV212HU30N4 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 20BD014A0AYNAND0B made by Rockwell as well as the popular BC4030 original spares produced by Sankyo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATV71HU30N4 by Schneider and ATV212HU30N4 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HMS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
