COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance 6SP201-028CTAN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the SFD212LG2WD07 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MCH41A00305A340T manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3051CD3A02A1AM5B1K5H2042051 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand MKD112B024KPOLN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as ATV61WU22N4U equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ATV31H055M2055KW22 made by Schneider as well as the popular 404161 original spares produced by Robicon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20BD034A3AYNANN0 by Rockwell and ATV61WU22N4U spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BA030AXWTA04HF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sankyo. |
