COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance 6SB401-248CNANA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rockwell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sankyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Saftronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rockwell such as the 20BD077A3ANNAND0B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 60BA03FXS01 manufactured by Sankyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sankyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CIMRP5U23P7 by Manufacturer Saftronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand DKC0131007FWDKCXX31007 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as MDX61B004005A34OTMDX61B00 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SFD212CG4YD07 made by Schneider as well as the popular 20BD022A3AYNANC0B original spares produced by Rockwell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP10E2ST34020B1 by Saftronics and MDX61B004005A34OTMDX61B00 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ATV212WU40N4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
