COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance 6MDDN-8P7101 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dayton/grainger parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Honeywell product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetek such as the 696004840CJ4Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4Z524A4Z526A manufactured by Dayton/grainger and we are pleased to be able to service most Dayton/grainger systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6580800364220020 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bodine Brand 42Y6BFPP3842503067 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Does-Not-Apply such as 6103009028580 equipment made by Does-Not-Apply have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Does-Not-Apply products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Does-Not-Apply" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5KCR49TN2164T made by Ge as well as the popular 5k449ss20809 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4Z062A by Dayton and 6103009028580 spares by Does-Not-Apply are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 652006204 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electro-Craft. |
