COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance 5YAH18606A1 XU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dayton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the 3HAB330913 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4GAZ7 manufactured by Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Dayton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 36K961872 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance-Electric Brand 4GN18KA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lin-Engineering such as 5718L27D01 equipment made by Lin-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lin-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lin-Engineering" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5S made by Fanuc as well as the popular 4VM820084 original spares produced by Pacific-Scientific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 36G742W385G1 by Baldor and 5718L27D01 spares by Lin-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5U881 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton. |
