COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance 4AC 40-1 RH parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ingersoll-Rand-/-Weg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bodine parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Giddings--Lewis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ingersoll-Rand-/-Weg such as the 47226261IRC4722 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 42A5N manufactured by Bodine and we are pleased to be able to service most Bodine systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4013443990 by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Abb Brand 4429584AX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wer such as 40251831377 equipment made by Wer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 35Q15L14 made by Baldor as well as the popular 460482017 original spares produced by Gettys Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4106221290 by Nachi and 40251831377 spares by Wer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 364T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lincoln. |
