COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance 35A003-0872G17 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Loma-Checkweigher product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 20AD011A3AYNANNN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3375000370 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 241633MMUK02013501348 by Manufacturer Loma-Checkweigher as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Speedtronics Brand 20HP4P256T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 1FT60848AF714EB1 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1YWB59224A1 made by Reliance as well as the popular 1FT60861AF712AH1 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2MXU1 by Dayton and 1FT60848AF714EB1 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 20NFM3518 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elektrim. |
