COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance 2DB2005U parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kawasaki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 26Q10L56 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1FT60821AF711AG1 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 27BM065BBT10R2 by Manufacturer Kawasaki as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 1FT50640AC01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kuka such as 1FK61008AF911ZZ9Z equipment made by Kuka have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kuka products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kuka" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1FT60821AF711AH1 made by Siemens as well as the popular 24593890001 original spares produced by Texas-Instruments Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 26Q20R56 by Baldor and 1FK61008AF911ZZ9Z spares by Kuka are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 24A011Z023G6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
